FS: Hornshoppe Horns

For sale is pair of hornshoppe horns in a beautiful natural golden birch color.  They originally came with the 108E sigma drivers, and I replace them with the new 126E's.  The drivers/upgrade kit was ordered directly from Ed Schilling and came with the damping material and other peripherals, so these horns are fully upgraded to current specs.  I bought these horns before Ed started having the wood veneer option on them, so these are the "old school" horns (not really in age, 2-3 yrs, but the versions before the veneer).  That said, I like them more than the current standard red oak veneer version.  There is a solidarity and natural oil finish that gives them a classy vintage look.  From installing the new drivers, there are slight blemishes of where the old holes used to be, however, they are not apparent unless you peer down on them at face level.  Once you back away or in your listening position you won't see them.  Actually, I would consider the driver "replacement job" one of the better looking ones.  In any case, I will send the interested party pics from all angles.

Due to the size/trouble of shipping loudspeakers, I'd prefer a local sale in the San Francisco Bay Area.  This way the buyer can also have a good look at them in person.  However, there are only so many horn enthusiasts in the area, so I will ship them at the buyers expense if necessary.

Will let them go for $450 obo.  Send me a PM.  Thanks
