Piccolo finally finished!

Yep,  thanks to Jim of Hagtech for sending me the three diodes that I dumbed out on and didn't order from DigiKey.  Just hooked it up about two hours ago.  So far I am very impressed.  I don't know how long a burn-in time it needs if any but it sounds good right off the bat.  Definitely more bass and quieter backgroud.  As a result, more detail but no sibilance that I was experiencing before.  Would like to post a pic but haven't figured out how.  More to come later.  Nick

To post a pic you first have to get it on the web. I use photobucket.com but there are others. Once you upload your pic to the service you'll get a link: http yada-yada.jpg or gif. Right click and copy.

Click on the 'insert image' icon second from the left, bottom row above the smileys. Paste the url in between the brackets and that's it.

I thought i was the only one who painted his hagerman stuff in gold hammertone!Wtg.
How did you paint the letters?
Did you cut out the letters then spray paint them?
Thats the only way i could think of doing it.

I just happened to have a can of the Rustoleum Hammered Gold spray paint in the garage that my wife had used for our front door kick plate.  I think it's a nice look.  I got the decal made by Kinko's who had to send it out to be done by some out-sourced company.  It took about five days.  It is a clear stick-on.  I have a few spares if anyone needs any.
