Hi everyone,
I've been thinking about using the 2496 for bass management/gain matching duties from 200 hz on down on the woofers of my VR4JRs.

For these bass frequencies, is there a distinct performance advantage to be gained from modding the unit?

My guess is that even in stock form, the advantage of bass eq and gain matching would be significant and there may only be a small increase in performance to modding when used for the bass only.

Wow, this thing has some really impressive capabilities for a small $$$.

Thanks,

-Mike
