Improving from V2 to V3 will take much more work since we want to offer something significant. We have to work on control and feedback, power stage, grounding, signal path, parts improvement (if any), etc.  We don't know the outcome until everything is put together.  V3 is still at least 18 months out.

Frankly, the worldwide recession is going to hit everybody hard (if not already) so the best time to bring out V3 is late 2009 when (hopefully) the economy starts to recover.  For the meantime, we are focusing on improving on existing products (such as the "mini SE" Stereo 8.5V2, phono preamp G-9, P-8S etc) and expanding the consumer products (Icon Mobile, earphones, and lots of other cool stuff).  Hey, when people loss half of their stocks portfolio, at least they can still buy a $99 Icon Mobile and a $49 earphones for the holidays

I access Audio Circle on a regular basis just to see if there are any updates on Nuforce products. I always hope that I can read something on products feedback, improvements and definitely hoping to read something on V3. Jason, may be you can build up some expectations here? Or maybe use this forum as a way to do customer survey on products developments (perhaps you are doing it via other means)?

Someone did tell me (unconfirmed rumor) that one of the expectations for V3 is improvement in power.

Jason thanks for the update on V3 you are so right on with your explanation. I am so happy with SE V2 now that V3 will have to be a real knock out to improve on what i am hearing enjoying music with V2 and my system.
