Curious if anyone out there wants to trade their AKG K-701 headphones for a nice pair of Sennheiser HD-600s?

Nothing wrong with the Senn's, I'm just in the mood to try something different (don't tell me this has never happened to you  ).

Outer box is showing a bit of wear, but the inner box is good and 'phones are fine (and working perfectly). Thanks for looking.

I also have Senn's 600's and tried AKG K701. It all comes down to personal preferences but expect less bass, and a bit less treble extension from 701.
If you decide to get them I'd strongly recommend to re-cable them. BTW, do you use your Senn's with a stock cable or upgraded? It makes a huge difference!!
 
I'd get AKG K 702 instead, they are black and now feature detachable cord.

Re: 701s - The above is not at all what I experienced. May be amp or system dependent.

Perhaps not, but there are a lot more similar impressions. Just read head-fi.org.
Anyway, I'm not in any way trying to discourage you to experiment, please do, that's all this hobby is about - finding the sound you like.
