mounting SF30 Speaker Stands

mounting SF30 Speaker Stands

Does anyone has "experience" with mounting these stands?
The manual is not very user friendly!

Yesterday, I found out that an important part is missing! The isolation pads are missing :(
This means that I can't mount the speakers on the speaker stands yet.
