Subs - one or two
« on: 27 Sep 2008, 06:46 am »
Hi,

Current system:  Mac Mini > LAvry DA10 > PMC AMl1.

I've decided I am going to add a passive sub with PowerPack into my system using the Bryston crossover.  I was wondering as the crossover can take two subs, what are the advantages/disadvantages or pitfalls of having two subs.

One the other hand are there advantages to a single sub that outweigh having two?

Thanks,

Monty

Its much easier to integrate 2 subs than one. 2 subs at the price of one more expensive sub can often produce better results than just the one.
