Haven't posted for a long time and I know things change rapidly in the hi-end world, so it's time to ask some up to date questions:
1) How effective is digital room correction via software from Audiolense/DEQX/other etc. room correcting devices?
2) How effective is the Audyssey room correction software built into receivers AND does it help enough that some out there use particular receivers as their primary 2 channel amplifier for your hi-end system?
I am interested in both questions, but I am particularly interested in receivers/amps/etc. that have built in room correction and have been compared to the bad boys out on the market including any topology from SET-PP tube amps-Digital amps-Class D-Class A solid state-etc. etc.
Thanks for all opinions on these subjects and hopefully this will make for some interesting discussion.
