Nice work on the cabinets...

I'm assuming those are natural cherry?  I like that they aren't blazing orange like so many other cherry veneered cabinets I've seem (*cough* my av123 elt525m *cough*).

 The cabinets are finished in natural cherry with a polyurethane top coat. I prefer a finish that shows the natural beauty of the wood. Note - I am presently building a pair of Neo 2X's to sell that are identical to the ones shown in the pictures at the beginning of the topic thread if anyone is interested.

You do awesome work Ron!  I am really loving my N2X's!  Best speaker I have ever owned.  There is absolutely no "fatigue" factor with these at all.  Sweet and natural sounding.  These with my HSU STF-2 sub make a great combination!!  If I ever build another GR kit I wouldn't hesitate to get you to build my cabinets.

 Thanks Roger. I appreciate the compliment. You are correct about the sound quality of the Neo 2X's. They are the type of speakers you can listen to for hours on end and never develop listeners fatigue. Danny's speaker designs are the greatest!
