This is a Pioneer Reference Integrated Amp. These were made a much more solid than the Elite products made today. Bought from a Audiogon.com member a couple of years ago it's been stored away longer than it's been used and is in very good shape.
Should be powerful enough to drive about anything. Sadly no room for it and no one in my family--brothers or sons--appreciate audio enough to really give it to them.
