I just got an email (attached below) announcing the next meeting of the Randall Museum Tube Audio Group in San Francisco. I attended the last meeting and there was an interesting lecture from John Atwood and a preamp shoot out.
I believe our fearless leader, Berndt, has been pretty active with this group and can provide more details for those interested.
Anyway, here's the note:

Our next meeting will be at the Randall Museum from
1:00pm to5:00pm on 13 July 2008. You will receive
an email one week before the meeting with all the facts.
