They're still around but not as often as I'd like. I've probably had 5/6 DVD's w/ a DTS option this year but I rent over 20 DVD's a month. It's a real shame cuz DTS is so much better quality than DD it's ridiculous.Cheers,Robin
What's even more rare is a DVD in DTS ES or 6.1 surround. I've had 1 this year but I can't remember the name. The 1 DVD I'll never forget tho was Pearl Harbor. My house was rocking with gunfire that day. aaCheers,Robin
I've been bothered by this as well. I sure would like to know the reason behind the DTS fallout. I haven't kept up on all the format wars with any particular for of software.
Not one BR movie has had a DTS option .
