To be honest with you Kevin, It is often some suppliers that cause delays. I will say that 95% of them are on the ball and I get my 'parts' in a very timely fashion. It's the suppliers located abroad that are most often causing delays. Although it is not always their fault (shiping, customs, etc.) but some simply don't have any inventory.
All I can do in such situations is let my customer know and see what route they want to take. As you know, some circumstances you cannot control
