Advice on which adhesive to use, to re-glue speaker grill cloth peeling (pics)

I'm looking on advice on which adhesive will work well to re-glue speaker grill cloth that is peeling off edges? (photo's)
Perhaps I should do something to re-secure the cloth that is not yet peeled up?
Most of the stuff that comes to mind currently will probably look bad.

This may  work, although I haven't used it being a stapler kind of guy.

Is it fabric or foam?
