We are changing a few company policies. 

1)  Free shipping!  Always.  Anywhere.  Worldwide.  Yes, this is no longer just for half-kits, but for everything we sell.  No handling charge, no shipping charge.  However, the carrier is my choice.  I normally use UPS ground for boxes to USA, first class mail for everything else.  All international orders via first class mail.  If you need an item faster, then you pay.  I can do express mail and 2-day UPS to USA.

2) 30-day return policy.  Same as before, but now there will be a 5% re-stocking fee.  So you only get 95% refunded.

3) 10-year warranty (90 days on tubes), transferable.  Same as before.  Doesn't matter how many times an item exchanges hands, the warranty is still good for 10 years from the original purchase date.

How long does it take to send an item to Hong Kong?

International shipping does not take too long, especially to the far east (I'm nearby).  EU takes the longest, and any country with import duties or VAT can often add several weeks delay do to customs processing.  It ain't the mail.  Mail delivery is 3-4 days to Hong Kong.  Less than a week everywhere else.  I've have packages get to US mainland in 2 days.
