I just noticed an Ultra SL up for sale on Audiogon.  Guy's asking $1300.  Looks like the newest version, but there's something about aftermarket 12AT7s being in it, so some investigating would be in order.  Apparently no phono.

Oh, and it looks like the same guy is selling his 440EX amp.

I looks like the Ultra before the 6N1P's. It has the old cover.

Thanks for the heads up regarding the used preamp.

It is not a current model (upgrade cost to 6N1P version is $300).

I have notified the seller on Audiogon that he needs to reflect this in his advertisement.

Hmmm...the seller is asking 100% of the "06" list price at the time.  :scratch:

Or another way to look at it, if the demand is there, way to go AVA. :thumb:
