Sold - donating $300 to my friend's charity
http://ishwarastral.com/index.htmI purchased the VSX M25 from Von Schweikert about two years ago or less for home theater project that never happened. I put about 10
- 20 hours of burn in. Then I sold them to someone in Florida, the person complained about blown woofer. I refunded one way shipping
and paypal. The speakers have been in storage since.
The cabinets are in excellent condition except for one pair of busted woofer. One woofer and tweeter in each speakers is good. If you
replace the woofer in each speaker - you will have a like new speaker. For my asking price - perhaps the parts alone are worth more.
I am told that when VSX were released at 2006 CES (I believe) that people were amazed and impressed more by the VSX than by their
much more expensive line. Despite their success and demand. they were discountinued for unknown business reasons.
VSX are small, solid, can be placed on wall, have similar drivers as LCR. Size of M25 7”w x 4.75”d x 25”h
Local pick up (Forest Hills, NY) is most appreciated. I have the original box - but it has already made a trip to florida and back.
