My co-worker has purchased a used LCR. He asked me to help set-up and I noticed NO sound from the MF Ribbon (Neo Ribbon?). I think I hear sound from the tweeter. He got a REALLY good deal on a used 3 channel (RM-2 and LCR) set-up. The RM-2's seem to work fine (great sound and NICE bass BTW), but the LCR needs help. What can he do?

Hi Daniel,

I think you mean LRC (Large Ribbon Center?)

If it is dead, he should remove it and send it back to Brian for repair or replacement.

John, If I understand you correctly, after contacting Brian for detailed instructions, simply unscrew the ribbon panel and mail to VMPS. Is that correct?
