This is a very unique product, utilizing 2-15" Open baffle woofers, mated to a 1 inch tweeter loaded into a 12" waveguide, with active crossover and DSP.. the outcome is Boxless sound, that will fill a large room at any volume, and sound great at low to medium volumes as well. Another intersting thing is that these speakers ROCK!! All too many refined, excellent speakers these days, can do much well,but do not do Rock justice... well these do, plus female vocals, jazz quartets and classical all thrive as well...
