I will be using this process to develop the next version of AudioCircle. This is an open-source process, it's hard going at first but quite intriguing once you get into it.

John, does this mean you are planning on writing a new forum from scratch? Very cool but of course very ambitious. :) More than I could attempt in my spare time.

BTW, your efforts are appreciated. I know what is required to keep it alive and kicking.

Thanks Mike :) Well, not from scratch, SMF will still provide the forum functionality.

So far I've written the Vision and the Risk List. Woo! Go agile process! ;)

I appreciate your efforts too John. Hard to imagine it being any better, or more customized for exactly what we need. But I'm sure your creativity will surprise us!!

Thanks :)

First version of Architecture Notebook and the SRS (with use case model) written. W00t!

Still to go - Project Plan.... for an agile process, there seem to be a lot of documents. But they're helping, and I'm not spending that much time on them.

Now if I can just get the Stakeholders to review the Vision I'll be set 8)

Oh, I put the download link above. Here's a link to an online version (sometimes slow)

(Go to the OpenUP tab - this seems to be updated from the regular OpenUP distribution.)
