I bought these a while ago and they have the usual folds and creases that come with use. But no damage and sound wonderful... they have the original circular cases (one for each cable) and separate Zobel network clips. This is a split or 'shotgun' cable, which means each speaker's run consists of TWO separate cables (one high, one low); on one end (amplifier) they converge to a single pair termination which are rhodium
spades. On the speaker end, there are four rhodium
bananas. With this gauge, this results in a massive amount of cable to the speaker, and the superb sound certainly justifies it. Pics available on request. (there is a 15 ft pair on Agon that is very similar - though mine has spades on the amp end).
I used these and enjoyed them for about a year, then acquired Zu speakers with Zu cables, so naturally I used those. I put these away thinking I'd set up a second system but now have to realize that won't happen. Will be putting up some more gear as the days go by and I determine pricing... Salamander Twin 20 with riser, doors & shelves, REL Strata II, McIntosh MA6100, Millersound interconnects, Behringer DEQ and SRC, Top Gun power cord and perhaps one or two more items. All these were meant for system 2 but the house we moved to last year does not support this well.
