Panamax MAX 5400-EX

Do any of you have this? If so, can you comment on it's quality and how it affects sound (good and bad). Just curious because I picked one up today at ridiculous price... $248 including shipping :). I've searched for quite a while online and there's very little written on it.

Hmm... by the response I take it not many people around here have it. Mine came in the mail yesterday. Hooked it up last night and I have to say I'm very happy I got it. The noise floor has been lowered considerably and it just sounds better. It's also nice to know that I'll be in better shape the next time we have power outages. One of the more interesting things is seeing how different compontents draw volts from the wall even though they are "off". The PS3 really draws a lot of power. Since the room only has a 15A circuit (it is dedicated), the Panamax doesn't seem to sap dynamics. I'll try to really turn it up tonight, but with music I really only notice improvement. BTW, I really like the timed shut off feature. My sub amp and EQ don't have remote controls, but the Panamax can sequencially shut things down on it's own. It's nice to have the comfort that my wife can turn things off without causing the dreaded "thump" that goes with turning the Behringer off before the sub amp!
