I know I am a relative newbie on AC. I've seen a few regional meets posted recently (though not in NorCal), so I was wondering if there is any interest in a NorCal meet? I can't host--well it would be acoustically limiting at my place with the 8 foot(on a good day) ceilings and small room.

BUT, I do have a KAB (moderately) modified Technics SL1210 that I could drag with me (very carefully packed of course). and a graham slee MM phono pre (the budget Gram Amp 2 Special Edition).

Who's game and has a warm listening environment?

I actually had a meeting last October and it was a small but good meeting with Gary and Richard.
Prior to that, a meeting at Bills was in July (i think). 
Do know that the NorCal group is not as active as the NY group, but really, who is as active as them!!!! Congrats to them, they seem to have a good bunch of Philers....

Having said that, I'd attend one and would host another if there are interests....

I attended one at the now-Utah resident (then Petaluma) Ribbonspeakers, but haven't made one since.  But, I'm up for trying to attend again.

Tuan has a great space and rig for events. I also have a few new linestages to throw into the mix, the Exemplar Exception II, and the Randall DIY linestage we are building right now.
Down the road when my amp situation comes to fruition I am looking forward to hosting an event to showcase my new Audio Kinesis Jazz Modules.

The typical is an afternoon, say start around 1ish and ends around 6 or so, whatever works.
