Klaus' equipment deserves the best source

I know that many people use CDs of various types exclusively.  However, vinyl is still #1 and Analog Productions has produced a good many titles at 45 & 33 rpm that will blow your socks off.  Listening to Saxophone Colossus and several other pressings by Analog Productions with different amplifiers, the Stratos Mono Extremes were spectacular from ProAc SC1s to the top of the line Wilson Benesch.  I can't explain how good the sound was but the big names sounded compressed and narrow by comparison.

well I've heard Krell and PS Audio in comparable systems, and it was no contest. Might also add that the folks with me felt them same way.
