Page 2 of the 6moons Signature 30.2 Preview is up:
http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/redwine8/302_2.html

This takes place at the home of one of my customers in Switzerland who had his Signature 30 fully upgraded to the Signature 30.2 (and today I am shipping him his Signature 70.2s Monoblocks 8)).  I wish I was there to listen to that system!  :hyper:

Thank you very much to Dan and Srajan!

But wait... there's more!

Here we have Mike Smith's new review of the Signature 70 Parital Upgrade:

Many thanks to Mike!  :thumb:

Hey everyone:

When I first heard of the upgrades, I knew I wanted it but felt comfortable enough to wait it out.
Now, after reading Srajan"s review (preview, squared),   .
Maybe a second job?  Cancel the cable?  Find lower insurance?
I know, I'll turn lead into gold  :thumb:.
Naw, Vinnie's done that already.

All,

I just spoke with Jeff at Tone Audio and he will receive a Signature 30.2 next.  He is aiming to have the review out for their February 2008 issue (remember, they are bi-monthly and there is no way this can be done in time for the December 2007 issue ).

Best regards,

Vinnie

Vinnie--

Congratulations on the stellar review by Mike Smith of the Signature 70.2 upgrades on 6Moons site today!

Another design win, and validation of the path you're taking....  :thumb:

ps - The RWA Olive Musica mods are awesome!  This unit is changing my total music behavior!  I'm now enjoying genres of music I would never have considered before, all in scintillating clarity and richness.  And I haven't even received my Omegas (shipped yesterday) to pair up with the Sig 30 yet...!

Vinnie and crew...

Got the 30.2 this morning at about 10am, by 10:15 it was unboxed and playing.
Even out of the box cold, this one's a winner!

It will be playing continuously till it has a couple hundred hours on the clock
and then we will start listening really seriously, but I am VERY impressed so
far.

Hooked up in my living room with a new pair of Avalons and is doing a
great job!!!

Watch for the Feb issue when we have a full report....

Thanks again for the opportunity!

Hi Vinnie - Any chance that big boys like Robert Harley gets some of your stuff to review.
I can't believe he hasn't figured out PC audio yet.

Hi cwaltman,

Welcome to Audiocircle and the RWA forum!

I believe the current issue of TAS has a lot of info on PC audio / music servers (some of it written by Harley).

As far as reviews by TAS and/or Stereophile... this is a possibility.  I'm not sure how they would take to reviewing a smaller company such as Red Wine Audio.  Our ideas and ways of doing things are quite a bit different than most of the larger companies that tend to get reviewed by those mags.   We'll have to see what the future holds...

Best regards,

Vinnie
