i heard a pair of pyramid shaped speakers, and they sounded great.  some digging around online revealed something about a 'serial crossover?'.  well, in either case, if you have any model of acoustic reality for sale, please let me know.  i'd like to play with them if i can get my hands on one pair for a reasonable price.

edit: apparently there is also a bookshelf model with this same serial crossover.  this may be the easier to get my hands on due to the reasonable shipping size.

Here is a picture of my Acoustic Reality speakers, in the designer's house, before shipping to me. This pair was ordered with the optional stereo subwoofer modules.

I have had them a few years. These DO NOT have the series crossover, which does lower sensitivity. I have been able to drive these speakers with just about any amp. I have used everything from the Trends TA-10 to an AVA Fet-Valve 550

I would be willing to part with these speakers. Packing and shipping is the hard part. There are not too many pyramid shaped boxes out there. Local pick-up in Colorado would be best.
