I'm down to a few pair of driver tubes for my Decware Select in the bedroom system. There's a pair of older EI's in it now and a pair of new production JJ's as a standby. I've listened to the JJ's and they are decent but not nearly as good as the older stock EI's. Seeking recommendations for sane costing replacements. Have not heard the TAD or Russian made Mullard reissues but have read that the new JJ's are the best of the new production EL84/6BQ5.
