OK, I'm really sold on the Bugle and am now tempted to re-transfer every LP>CD transfer I've madee the past three years.

Those nine-volt batteries just don't last long enough to get through a weekend. I think I need the Bugle power supply upgrade. Looking over the manual and instructions, it's not clear to me how to actually wire it to the outlet. Which side is which? And what Digi-key slow fuse line should one get? Recommended Digi-key part no., anyone?

Also, in my first post, someone suggested that I try another op-amp for a tweak - the OPA 4562. Anyone else try them? Better? Worse? What?

Figured I might order them while I'm ordering the Bugle power supply parts.

that would be the LM4562. More transparent than the others I've tried: http://home.comcast.net/%7Eomaille/bugle/opamp.html

You can try a ceramic washer as well. [5x20mm "T" 125mA 250V]

I used p/n 486-1330-ND  from digikey. You can use any style 5x20 fuseholder.

Page 5 of the manual tells you which taps to connect to "Line" and "Neutral". Take a look at the schematic (on digikey site) for whatever plug you have to determine which is which. Mine had L, N, & G letters molded next to the respective pins. I wired the switch and fuse into Line.

YMMV... I just finished building the PS 30 minutes ago, and it all looks good so far.

Hmmm. How do you tell Line from Neutral on a plug that is not marked? BTW, how is your project sounding?
