There are still quite a few people that are confused about what is going on with Response Audio and what it's relationship is with Bella EXtreme. It has been a very crazy year here at Response Audio. This has been a year full of changes and many transitions with a few more to come. We have separated our retail division from our exclusive product line and modifications. This is where Bella EXtreme comes into play. Bella EXtreme is now a new company that is owned by Response Audio Co. LLC. There is also another Response Audio (the retail company) which is a separate company also owned by the LLC. Basically, you have two smaller companies that fall under the Response Audio Co. LLC marque.
We did this because retail sales are a small portion of our business and the exclusive and modified products make for about 98%. Maybe even more. We will continue to be a retail dealer but for obvious reasons, will not display or stock too much on the floor. The main reason for this is due to floor space which we need to test and audition our exclusive lines.
I am also going to be getting further involved with more unique customizations on a few select products in the forthcoming months.
Things don't end there. We are also in the mist of another very large endeavor that we are trying to work out the details on. Don't ask, won't tell.
So, that's the skinny lowdown on what's been happening to date. I hope it helps clear things up a bit and my apologies for the confusion this may have cause.
