I have a Music Hall CD25 and I'm wondering is it worthwile to spend $600 plus to get it modified. I do like tube equipment, but I wonder how much good sticking a set of tubes into a cd player can do. I've not read a review on it yet and I live in Utah so I am pretty much by myself out here when it comes to Audio (and since I'm black I'm pretty much by myself on everything in Utah :banghead: ). Anyone have any experience with this player or any player that's had similar modifications done? Thanks all.  :?

Greetings Lourdcloud,
Your concerns are understood as it is always tough to spend money on a components without knowing much about it. One thing I can say about the mods performed in the RAM unit is they utilize the same tube stage as used in ModWrights Truth Mods for the high-end Sony and Philips SACD players.

We are working on a perfessional review of the RAM CDP. Till then, you can read a few words on customer's findings through the two links provided below. The first link is a customer review posted on AA and the other is a link to the feedback page on my site where there is also more feedback and findings on the player. If you have any further questions, feel free to keep in touch.
