actually I think someone should move this to the trash because it sounds like these are White Van tm speakers.

I thought they were White Van speakers as well, but nothing in the rules say that you can't sell junk or that you have to ask a fair price.

As with all items offered for sale, do as much research as possible on the equipment and the seller.

(Not sure how an 8 digit number relates to a phone number or what an sms is)
