This in an interest check- I'm going to be trying some RealTraps acoustic treatments, and  so I'm contemplating taking the leap of faith and selling my 8th Nerve stuff off.   I've found it to be maximally effective with minimal size, but curiosity has gotten the better of me and I'm going to go with something new.  Since I can't use them both, I am considering selling the 8N.

I have 4 Adapt Triangles in very good condition and 9 Response Seams & 2 Response Corners, also in good shape.  All are Black.  I think Nathan may have tweaked the Adapts recently, perhaps after I bought mine.  This is enough to treat all the ceiling/wall corner junctions, the midpoints of all ceiling/wall and wall/wall corner junctions, plus a two of the floor/wall corners. You can read the comments of many satified customers here at AC & elsewhere.

I have the original packaging & mounting stuff for the Adapts; the Responses I'd pack in a box (they're flexible like long pillows and can be folded up).  I'd probably be asking for $550 + shipping for all 15 pieces.  While I'd prefer to sell it all together I'll entertain offers for parts.  I could use the cash to apply towards my RealTraps purchase but would consider trades for something I could use in my new HT (eg a sub, video scaler, upsampling DVD player, etc).

Edit for new pricing:  $550 for all 15, $325 for just the Adapts.

I've found 8th nerve treatments and bass traps together solve room problems better than on their own... You may want to consider keeping some of those 8th treatments... Just a thought.

I've thought about that.  I guess I'll see if there's any interest in the whole lot of 'em, if not I might keep parts.

If I get time I'll take a few pics after work, but I won't get off til late.  If the light is bad I might have to wait til I'm home in the daytime.

Yeah, I've been mulling that over, too.  But if I go with the Tri-Corner traps I will have nowhere to put the Adapt Triangles, and I consider them the most effective of the peices I have.  I could keep them and buy Corner Mondos, but as of right now I'm thinking of the TR corners.  We shall see!

Okay, due to unforseen circumstances, I am going to hold off on selling any peices til next week.  There's a possibility I might be moving soon (yeah, I just moved into this house a month ago ) and I should know on Monday.

Okay, still a little up-in-the-air if I'm goin' or stayin', but I'm gonna go ahead and forge ahead anyways.  The Works is up for sale again, and I'm knocking it down to $550+shipping! aa  Please check the Eighth Nerve site for pricing, this is a pretty darned good price.  For those that are interested in just the Adapts, I'll take $325+shipping, firm, with preference to a buyer who wants the "full monty".

Ran back to SooFoo for my day off, didn't get any pics taken...I still might, but really they look just like on the website.  I mean, they're just hung on the wall, nothing really happens to 'em!
