Can the A/V 1 be modified to work either in-wall or on wall?

There is a variant of the AV1 designed for on wall use as rear/surrounds

It would probably be best to chat with Danny to see if he thinks they could be used as a front, but I have heard a friends pair used that way in a less than optimal setup and they sounded very good.
