Still like Kronos Quartet on "Winter Was Hard."
BTW, there's an all-Adagio CD claiming to have all versions (it doesn't) that's interesting now and then or mixed in a CD changer.

Oh, you want to know our favorite piece of music, not the "best" version of the Adagio for strings?
Mine, Brahm's Piano Concerto #1 & #2. Performed by Gilels, conducted by Jochum.
