Guys,

Do the JVC Hybrid Digital receivers still have any relevance for two channel audio enthusiasts anymore? They seem to get very little attention. The digital amp is in it's third generation and they are packed with nice features like XM ready capability.

I haven't heard any of the new ones.  Rumor had it they weren't very reliable- I don't know about their sound.  My old JVC, however, sounds very nice although the fan is a bit loud.  My brother is using it now but when I get it back I may try modding it (some Dynamat & a Pabst fan).
