Anything in the same genre as remotely good as the impossible to turn off DYOH? A friend suggested Crystal Method; Any others out there that are as good? TIA

I guess it depends on what you like about this genre.  Personally I think Crystal Method was no where near as good as early Chem Bros.  This genre is actually quite deep and diverse, just like rock or jazz (maybe not that deep, but surprisingly deep).  CB have a very unique sound.  I can recommend sound good stuff to try out but it won't be like CB, but it may be "as good." 

Prodigy - Fat of the Land  is good but a lot harder and more rap infused.

FatBoy Slim - We've Come a Long Way Baby is probably the safest next selection.  It is arguably even better than DYOH.
