Mint condition. Conservatively Rated 9/10. Original owner purchased from authorized dealer (Have receipt). Non-smoke environment.

I am selling what most audiophiles believe is the very best balanced power conditioner. Background noise, hum, buzz is gone and is replaced with a black background (dead silence). I had all my front end equipment and amp plugged in.
