Doses anyone compared them?? The The Attraction DAC seams to be very good but i heaven´t heard it only benchmark dac-1 that i used to own.

Would be pleased to hear what you think of the ALTMANN Attraction DAC

I'm curious about your Citypulse. What does it do that the Benchmark didn't? The CP7.2 sure has all the features that I look for minus a USB input. If it had that it would be perfect. Do you know if the balanced outs and RCA outs both work at the same time? I ask because my powered monitors are XLR and my sub is RCA. So your from Michigan?

The citypulse is more detail and clearer sounding the benchmark is abit smoother and at the top in my system the fx2 function does it abit better, it´s a new clock in the citypulse

thinking of selling the citypulse 7.2

Did you put the clock in your CP7.2? If not, who did? Are you looking at the Altmann to replace the CP7.2? Whats the rest of your system like? Sorry for all the questions, but inquiring minds want to know.

Thats a very interesting system! Are you looking to go multi-channel home theater in the future? I know those Spark3s are fine performers. If it were me, I'd add a subwoofer next. Thanks for the details.

i fogott my back channels b&w 604 s2, have also a b&w sub that i use. So it´s a movie system but want a better 2-channel sound!:)
Have a Denon 2930 at home right now and it´s amazing along with my LOEWE Xelos(not flat)

Im looking for someone in sweden who has the altmann dac so i can compare them myself, but im happy if someone will post respons what they think of the altmann and vs benchmark:)
