RCA To Dual XLR cable

Can anyone suggest a place to get a good (but inexpensive ) RCA to 2 XLRs cable ?
I want to use the single RCA LFE out of my AVR to the input of my Velo SMS-1
Than I will use 2 XLRs out of the SMS-1 into the SVS SB12 + Sub
