I haven't heard the Pacific Valve mods, but be aware the Jeff (SonicCraft) is working on 3 new mod packages for the DAC-60 targeted at a "low, middle, high" level of performance. The last time I talked to him, he didn't know when they would be ready, but he expects that even the basic mod will probably exceed the results of his previous mod package.
