I have a CD labeled "Enhanced" that is also marked in several places with a disclaimer from Verve.  They take absolutely no responsibility for anything associated with the CD as near as I can figure out.  Never went to law school so I can't be sure.

All I know is nowhere in the packaging does it mention what the enhacement is.  There is a 13th track labeled data.  What is that?

Is the enhancement the over-compression applied to this disk?  Too bad because it had the potential to be a decent CD.  Now it just lights up the warning lights on my TacT system.

Usually, if you place an enhanced CD into a computer's disc drive, video or some sort of graphics will play on the computer screen during playback.

Also, I believe this video content will be viewable if the CD is played on a DVD player.

Some enhanced CDs also launch a website when launched.
