I placed an order on Monday and heard nothing by Wednesday so i started calling. I call a few times on Thursday and finally got to someone. I asked about my order and they said they had not had a chance to look at it yet. Well they looked at it and I got my parts yesterday. I really don't know how this business model works but the moral of the story is call. It really is mind blowing that they are "swamped" all the time but still run such an inefficient operation..
