This would be very nice...3840 x 2160, conveniently a multiple of 1080p. Wonder how much it will cost?

The current holy grail of LCD TVs is the 56" Sony XB2/3 which is 1080p and about $5000

Maybe Westinghouse is making a 180 degree turn....returning as a pioneer instead of what it has until recently been, the stamper of a historical brand in cheap throw away electronics available through megamarts.  It will be a stunner if it is able to pull it off, imagine 8mb of high resolution monitor in large panel sizes.   :thumb:

PS:  Maybe the giants of LCD and Plasma technology now run for cover and gives us similar technology with name and reliability of their names.
