Will this work???

Hi All,
While im waiting for my new "used" preamp ive got an old Chase Technologies RLC-1 Remote Line Controller laying around that I thought I could use temporarily. The manual states that it has an output impedance of 80 ohms. My Rotel RB-1080 stereo amp has an input impedance of 32kohms/1.5v. Can I safely use these parts togethor? I dont want to blow something up like my amp!
Regards,
Ricky

That will work fine. Even if the output impedance were to high for the input impedance you wouldn't blow anything up, just lose some bass. With 80 going into 32k you're way fine.
