Anyone serious about a PC as an AV entertainment device needs a remote control
for it. My techie buddy saw me using my cordless keyboard as a remote and laughed.
He said I could get real remote control of it for about $10.
All it takes is a cheap remote control with sensor for the Xbox, under $10, and some
very simple soldier slinging to adapt it for USB. Once I got mine programmed then I
just copied it to my master remote. Here's the link for instructions:
