Hi there, I was wondering what peoples experience of turnaround times on warranty-repaired Bryston equipment was. I'm in the UK and have sent a BP25 for repair at PMC in Luton. They have had it for 3 weeks now, but I still haven't heard anything yet despite e-mails and phone calls, and still don't know if the repair is even covered under warranty.
