Anyone know where I can purchase fiberglass sleeving to cover bare wire leads?

I will answer my own question.  Michael Percy Audio sells it.  
Anyone have an opinion of which is better to cover capacitor leads, this fiberglass cloth sleeving or teflon tubing?

Teflon won't fray or unravel over time... of course neither will the glass if it has a backing on it.
