Has anyone heard the MK III upgrade to the Classic One?

I wonder whether sonic improvements are worth the CHF 600 (appx. USD 450) to upgrade my MK II to MK III status. I have been told that with the MK III, the list price will go up from CHF 2'900 (USD 2230) to 3'500 (USD 2700).

PS: I am a very happy owner of the Classic One "MK II"
