Hi All,
I solved the problem with the noise coming when BCD-1 and B100-SST are connected.
This morning I made an oppointment with the dealer who sold me speakers two years ago
to eliminate any problem which may be connected with my home set up.
We`ve tried different combinations with in or out phase the equipment and only when
we disconnected the CD player from main grid the problem disappeared. Next step was to
switch any of Bryston components with other brand to see if there are the same phenomena
occur. We found there is no such noise in both combinations.Any of the Bryston products
partnered well with the other brand(in this case Creek Destiny Amp and CD player, Epos M15.2 and M22 speakers,Klipsch RF-83 100dB @ 2.83V / 1m, Nordost Blue Heaven interconnects and speaker cables, PS Audio Ultimate Outlet, PS Audio xStream Power cables). So as you can see every precaution was take to determin the culprit for the noise.
We found out it the CD player power supply. We did auditioning the Bryston products each of them was Superior to Creek Audio. For me left only one task to be check when I `m back at home to isolate either live(phase) or ground and see what
will happened.Making experiments at home I found that if no live(phase) is connected there is no noise from speakers.Next thing was to isolate the ground and see what will happened.Doing this I`ve found noise level didn`t changed whether the player is connected or no.So next step will be to connect the chassis of CD player to the chassis of Amplifier in case of failure. So will not selling any of equipment and continuing upgrade with new i-series PMC speakers.
