In the half-kit portions of the web site, the price list for DIYers includes references to buying an "Iron."  What is that?  Do you mean soldering Iron?  Transformer?

That makes sense...

So, in order to generate balanced output from the clarinet kit, do I need to plan for two "irons" or four?

So, where's a good place to learn how to do this?  There is a project on ESP's website that seems to provide balanced output, but I am not sure if this is just a "converter" or true "balanced power"...or does it really matter at all?

-The UCD modules are designed to allow for balanced or unbalanced inputs.  I thought I would like to try to take advantage of the feature.

Are you going to be at Rocky Mountain Audiofest This Fall?
